Report something hosted on Drumlin

If you have found content or activity on a Drumlin address that should not be there, this form reaches us. You do not need an account, and you do not need to know whose it is: a link is enough.

Every report is read by a person. You get a reference straight away; if you leave an address we write back with what we decided and why. Reports from authorities and rights holders are marked and looked at first.

If somebody is in immediate danger, call the police first. This form reaches a hosting provider. If somebody is in immediate danger, call the emergency services first. We act on what is hosted here; we cannot reach the person behind it.

The page, file or address where you saw it. Paste as much of it as you have.

Please do not attach or paste the material itself if it is illegal to hold. Describing it and giving the address is enough for us to look.

Without one we cannot tell you what we decided.

What happens next

  1. You get a reference. Keep it: it is how you ask about this report later.
  2. A person reads it. Reports marked official, and those about the most serious categories, are read first.
  3. We work out whether the address is hosted by us and what it belongs to.
  4. We decide, and record why. If you left an address, you are told.

What we can and cannot do

Drumlin hosts other people's applications. We can stop one, hold it so its owner cannot restart it, or remove it. We cannot edit somebody's content, and we are not the right place to ask for data about a customer without a lawful basis for the request.

If you are an authority with a formal request, say so above and give a reference we can quote back. We answer those to the address you give.
